Orders

Is there a minimum order value for orders?

Minimum order value is €100. For all orders below €100 our order surcharge of €20 will apply. 

How can I track my orders?

There are two options : Once on product level and once on order level.

In the tab "Current Article Order Status" you can see which items will be shipped on schedule and which are delayed. 

In the tab "Check Delivery Status" you can see the status for the complete order.

How can I add products to the shopping cart?

In the tab "Order Products" on your Dashboard, you can select your item(s) and place them on the order form.

Where can I find my invoices and delivery bills?

In the tab "Check Order History" on your dashboard, you can view each completed order. The invoice and delivery note document are attached directly visible for each order.

Where does the PHILIPPGROUP deliver to?

We deliver worldwide.

Are there any additional freight charges?

We charge freight costs as a lump sum, depending on your delivery conditions. You can see these on your order form.

How long does the delivery of my products take?

Germany approx. 2-3 working days. International approx. 2-4 working days (depending on the respective country region).

How do I check the delivery status of my products?

In the tab "Current Article Order Status" on your dashboard, you will see your deliveries that are "On Schedule" or expected to be "Delayed".

What shipping options are available to me?

Parcel, forwarding service provider, sea freight or air freight.

Can I change my shipping address after completing the order?

If you have completed your order and subsequently need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail to your personal contact or dial: +49 6021 / 4027 - 9002.

How can I send the goods straight to the working place? (for example to a construction site)

Yes, you have the option of adding a different delivery address. You can add it in your order form under address details. We will then take this into account when entering the order and we will send your goods to your desired delivery location.

How can I create a user account?

On your PHiadukt dashboard, under the tab "Portal Administration" and the next tab „User Administration“: here you can quickly and easily add a new user account at the bottom of the page.

How do I update my account information?

Click on "Account" in the main navigation, then on "Properties": Here you can quickly and easily update your account information.

How do I change my email address?

Click on "Account" in the main navigation, then on "Properties": Here you can quickly and easily change your email address.

How can I change my password?

Click on "Account" in the main navigation, then on "Properties": Here you can change your current password.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?

The agreed payment terms apply. We carry out payments "in advance" or "on account".

Do we grant discount?

We don´t grant discount.

How can I file a claim?

You can always contact your personal contact person in case of complaints.

Who bears the costs? / What costs will I incur?

In the event of incorrect delivery on our part, we shall bear the full costs. In the case of incorrect order, the customer bears the return shipping fee plus 25 % restocking costs on the net value of the goods.
